In order to register for our sessions, current members are asked to use the following procedure:

  • To receive a registration form, you must register your e-mail with the club. To do so, please visit the Contact Us page and follow the directions in the Club E-mail section. A registration form will then be e-mailed to you.

  • Once you receive your registration form, please open this file with Adobe Reader.

  • Complete all fields using your computer and print out the completed form.

  • Bring this form with you when you come to register. Registration dates and times will be announced on the website and will also be communicated to you via e-mail.

If you have any problems completing the form, please contact the Webmaster.


At PNSC, we thank you for registering your child to swim at our club. We hope your child's experience in the club will be an enjoyable and productive one and we hope that you and your family will remain members for a long period of time. On the other hand, we also understand when circumstances may prevent your child from swimming in our club and therefore, we'd like parents to note the following rules regarding withdrawal:

  • Service Charge of $5 will be charged if withdrawal occurs prior to the start of the session.

  • Service Charge of $20 will be charged if withdrawal occurs within two weeks of the start of the session.

  • No refunds will be made after two weeks (subsequent to the start of the session).
