Spring 2024 Registration
The first practice will be on Tuesday, April 2nd and the last practice will be on Saturday, June 29th.
This Spring season will be broken into 2 sections:
- Spring 1: April 2nd - May 19th
- Spring 2: May 20th - June 29th
The registration for Spring 2024 will be open on Thursday, March 14th, 7:00 PM at this link:

The fees for Spring 2024 are:
- $6.25 per practice, per swimmer. When registering, each timeslot will have a price based on the number of practices.
Payments will still be made by debit/credit cards through Amilia.
Each swimmer is allowed to select up to two practice timeslots per week. We strongly encourage choosing two practices per week, to obtain faster results and learn new swim skills. There will be no proration of fees for missed sessions. Missed or cancelled sessions will not be made up.
Please make note of the following important information for the new season:
- Registration will be by swim groups. If you are unsure in which group your child is currently swimming, connect with Gabrio (head_coach@pnsc.ca).
- Spectators are welcome at HCC, please remember to remove shoes on the pool deck.
- Swimmers must arrive at the pool no more than 10 minutes before the regular session starts unless they want to arrive earlier and purchase a public swim drop-in.
- Swimmers must be out of the building 10 minutes after the regular session ends unless they want to stay longer and purchase a public swim drop-in.
- Swimmers are allowed to use changing rooms and showers.
Swim Assessments
PNSC is not currently performing swim assessments.

Eligibility
Swimmers of all abilities are welcome to join the club. The only prerequisite is a demonstrated ability to swim 3 lengths of a 25 meter pool doing a front crawl, back crawl, and whip kick on front with confidence and a minimum of Swimmer 4 completed.

Volunteer requirements are temporarily suspended.
All payments are non-refundable with the following exceptions:
- If withdrawal notice is received prior to the start of the season / term, registration fee will be refunded less a $15 administration fee.
- If withdrawal notice is received within the first two weeks of the season / term starting, registration fee will be refunded less a $15 administration fee.
- No refund will be provided if withdrawal notice is received more than 14 days after the start of the season / term unless accompanied with a medical note.
Withdrawal for Medical Reasons:
- Withdrawal requests for medical reasons require a doctor’s note to be submitted to the Head Coach.
- Medical note must be dated after registration date, i.e., you can’t ask for a refund if you are aware of your medical condition at the time of registration.
- Fees will be prorated based on the number of weeks remaining in the term/season starting from date of withdrawal request.
- All refunds are subject to a $15 administration fee.
Please send an email to Head_Coach@pnsc.ca if you wish to withdraw from the program for any reason.
- Your registration fee allows you up to two practice sessions per week.
- Practices may also be cancelled when they conflict with another PNSC event like the Christmas Party, Time Trials, etc.
- There are no make up sessions for missed or cancelled.
- Fees will not prorated for missed or cancelled practices.
